We were on a tight time line with a bridal shower that we had already mailed the invitations for, and Luis made it happen with time to spare! Luis and his team of flooring experts went above and beyond to install the most beautiful white oak "on screed" floors in my home. Hurricane Harvey had damaged the flooring in my 1950's home and the stress level was high after the flood. Luis provided pricing and a plan of action quickly and removed the worry factor. His team of experts helped with stain samples and an explanation of the installation and curing process. The solid wood flooring installed is incredibly gorgeous and I am very happy with the results and my experience with International Floors. We had International Flooring install new carpet in our house this past weekend, and we simply could not be happier! First off, we got a great value on the carpet - excellent quality and excellent price, and we had done a lot of comparisons beforehand. Then the installation went perfectly. The installers were at our house at 8 am sharp on Saturday morning, which totally blew our minds. My wife and I figured it would take all day, and possibly roll over into Sunday or Monday. But no, that 3 man crew had the whole job done in less than 5 hours time! They worked non-stop, never took a break, and they were careful and meticulous with everything they did. The job was done to absolute perfection. And get this: we didn't vacuum the old carpet the night before, just picked everything up as best we could, to clear the decks for them to come remove it the next day. But during the course of removing the old carpet, one of the installers must have found a dime on the old carpet somewhere, that we had missed seeing. We found the dime sitting on a piece of furniture nearby. Now THAT is an installer crew with integrity, and that is extremely rare. Now here we are 2 days later, with a new carpet, which makes the whole house look and smell like a new house, and we are absolutely thrilled. So my recommendation to anyone reading this is to stop your flooring search right now. If you've found International Flooring, then you need look no farther. The value of the product, the customer service you will receive,, the timeliness and reliability of the installation crew, and the integrity of this company is beyond compare.

Searched for a source for a wood counter top for our kitchen and found International Floors. So pleased with our experience with Blanca in the office and then Ramon and his team making the perfect template, an absolutely gorgeous huge American Black Walnut counter and smooth installation with several on site cut outs. I can’t stop smiling - it’s stunning! And by the way they had it fabricated and had to wait on our other contractors (paint, carpentry) for installation. Absolutely would use this company again.

Wow, what can I say about this company. They are awesome. I walked into the show room a little early and Blanca help me as there were no sales people around. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to get a couple of wood tops for my custom built desks And if they had Ramon come out and measure the next business day. Ramon is the installer and it's extremely professional and passionate about what he does. He said it would take two weeks to make which I was surprised by because normally I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for custom desk tops. Well sure enough two weeks comes in they deliver. I couldn't be happier with the results. Do not hesitate to use this company if you're looking for wood countertops or desktops

We recently had a miss-hap with a family members dog that got a bit anxious and pawed at the door and pulled the carpet off the tack strips and shredded the underlayment. I called IF (our original installers) and they responded very quickly and set up a time for repair. Today they finished and it looks great.
